What size are the prints?

All A4 prints are have an approximate 25mm border around the art work

What mediums are used for the print?

100% archival rag art paper of 315g. All my printing is done using Canon Pro 10s archival pigment ink printer for longevity.

Do the prints come framed or unframed?

All prints unless specified come unframed and unmounted.

Are the prints suitable to put straight into an A4 frame?

The print should be able to fit into an A4 frame either with or without a mount card. The white border surrounding the print gives a similar look of a pre mounted print or you could equally get it framed professionally.

How are the prints shipped and what are the shipping costs?

We typically ship within 2-5 working days from receiving the order. All orders are carefully put together with a layer of tissue and placed in a clear cello bag with a protective A4 card, then placed into a sturdy envelope ready for shipment.

All shipping is free.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. Apart from the A4 prints which we ship only inside the UK.

What is your returns policy?

In the rare event of any shipping damage, kindly return the print within 14 days in it’s original packaging and we will exchange a like for like item. However return shipping will be at your own cost.

Are the prints limited edition?

No, I want my prints to be accessible to everyone. For this reason i decided on an open ended format.

Can I request custom prints or personalised artwork?

I am working towards personalised artwork

with your doggy been added to selected prints.

Will the watermarks be visible on the print?

All of the quirky K9 watermarks will NOT appear on your prints.

Am I eco friendly?

Absolutely ! I endeavour to source and find the most suitable suppliers that help us to full fill our eco challenge.

Do we use a Third-Party Print-On-Demand Service ?

Please note that apart from the A4 prints ( That we exclusively ship ourselves from the UK ) we usually ship these A4 prints within 3 to five days

( Gelato ) to fulfil orders for other products listed on our website.

This means that items may be printed and shipped directly from our trusted partner to ensure efficient order processing and delivery. ( This process can take a little longer to dispatch )
